Pedu Compliances Inc owns and operates the website pedu-compliance.com and retains ownership of all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Pedu Compliances Inc Material/Product, including any documentation, data, technical information and know-how provided to Customer.

Customer agrees that it must obtain Pedu Compliances Inc prior written consent before it may:

  1. (i) copy any of Pedu Compliances Inc material;
  2. (ii) use any recording equipment (including, but not limited to, audio recorders, video recorders, and cameras) during the audio conference or webinars; or
  3. (iii) use Pedu Compliances Inc trademarks, trade names, or other designations in any promotion or publication.

The term Pedu Compliances Inc Material/Product shall mean to include all products/materials that you purchase from Pedu Compliances Inc Websites and/or al information you get access to upon purchase of those products/materials.   1. (i) a non-exclusive, nontransferable license to access the particular product in an uninterrupted manner, and
  2. (ii) a non-exclusive, non- transferable license to use a single copy of all Pedu Compliances Inc Material/Product. Subject to payment of respective Pedu Compliances Inc Material/Product fee,

Pedu Compliances Inc will grant to each of Customer:

  1. (i) a non-exclusive, nontransferable license to access the particular product in an uninterrupted manner, and
  2. (ii) a non-exclusive, non- transferable license to use a single copy of all Pedu Compliances Inc Material/Product.
