Pedu-Compliance owns and operates the website Pedu-Compliance.io and retains ownership of all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Pedu-Compliance Material/Product, including any documentation, data, technical information and know-how provided to Customer.

Customer agrees that it must obtain Pedu-Compliance prior written consent before it may:

1. (i) copy any of Pedu-Compliance material;
2. (ii) use any recording equipment (including, but not limited to, audio recorders, video recorders, and cameras) during the audio conference or webinars; or
3. (iii) use Pedu-Compliance trademarks, trade names, or other designations in any promotion or publication.

The term Pedu-Compliance Material/Product shall mean to include all products/materials that you purchase from Pedu-Compliance Websites and/or al information you get access to upon purchase of those products/materials. Subject to payment of respective Pedu-Compliance Material/Product fee,

Pedu-Compliance will grant to each of Customer:

1. (i) a non-exclusive, nontransferable license to access the particular product in an uninterrupted manner, and
2. (ii) a non-exclusive, non- transferable license to use a single copy of all Pedu-Compliance Material/Product. Subject to payment of respective Pedu-Compliance Material/Product fee,

Pedu-Compliance will grant to each of Customer:

1. (i) a non-exclusive, nontransferable license to access the particular product in an uninterrupted manner, and
2. (ii) a non-exclusive, non- transferable license to use a single copy of all Pedu-Compliance Material/Product.

The Pedu-Compliance Material/Product shall not be used for commercial purposes nor shall be exploited to create derivative work. To understand the complete usage terms or if you have specific query regarding usage of Pedu-Compliance Material/Product,
